FRCI POLICIES
QUALIFICATION FOR PROMOTION
- Commitment to
the organization (Church)
- Loyalty ( Not
serving any other church but FRCI churches)
- Length of
service or membership ( 5 years to be eligible for promotions to
Bishop)
- Experience
(Length of service in the ministry with a proven loyalty, experience
outside our ministry)
- Education (
highly encourage to benefit the individual and the organization)
- Obedience
(Must be in obedience under 1Timothy3)
- Have at least
overseeing 2 ministries at the time of the application and the third
ministry in the making.
Experience, Dedication & Education
will be our foundation to succeed in this endeavor. Wisdom, Knowledge
and Understanding is our goal to serve the LORD.
NOTE:
Must get a 100% merit scores to be eligible for promotion. Each of the
above qualifications will have a score of 20% and the candidate is
willing to take an oath of allegiance to the organization and dedication
to serve and protect the integrity of the FRCI Church. Candidates must
have their bio-data on file. Rank and File Criteria.
DISCIPLINARY MEASURE
- Violation
(1Timothy 3)
- Disloyalty (
Serving two masters )
- Promotion
(Teachings of an unacceptable doctrine).
- Solicitation
( Spiritual or Material )
- Character (
Behaviors in and out of the congregation)
- Compliance (
Obedience to law of God and of Man )
- Attendance (
Non Active - This is not limited to physical presence but also in
church projects)
The disciplinary measure is not
limited to the meaning given in the dictionary of any version, but by
the definition that will be explained and will be embraced at the time
when the need arises.
DISCIPLINARY ACTION
- Annulment of
FRCI credential to practice within FRCI Churches.
- Suspension
(Preach and Teach).

Excommunication
- Length of
suspension is subject for discussion but a minimum of 3 months is
encouraged.
The disciplinary action will be
handled in a fair and square manner. The only way to prevent and avoid
animosity. We have to promote and maintain Honesty, Integrity and
Transparency in handling this very critical decision making process. We
have to safeguard the interest of many and not of the chosen few.
DECISION
1) The decision can be appeal while
serving the disciplinary judgment.
2) The basis of the decision but not
limited to, are as follows:
A) Evidence
B) Witness
C) Written complaint (strictly
confidential, we can not reveal the author).
D) Repeat offender will be
handled in a special way |
