OVERVIEW CREDENTIAL COMMITTEE is responsible for making recommendations regarding existing and proposed credential programs to the board of trustees. In addition, it has the responsibility for implementing the general council policies as it relates to ministerial credentialing and sponsorship of individual person either to work or to study. Finally, it serves as a forum for on-going training of ministers and laymen, information exchanges between the local and international churches. Sponsoring of the ministers should be submitted to the committee by way of an application or recommendation. The process of sponsorship or petition should always be updated to the committee who will be keeping the records. Records of this nature will be kept by the General Secretary. Meeting is set, one week before the annual general council reporting. The primary business of the Committee when it comes to the education of the local and international ministers should be kept tracked. For example, if you have any relative that you send to school in the Philippines, supporting him or her, we require that you report such action to the committee who will take this matter as an official business of FRCI/ACE through the committee The committe will act as the accreditation commission who will then assess the progress of the beneficiary in their studies. The committee needs to know the eligibility of the beneficiary per se. Responsibilities and FunctionsA. Shall make recommendations to the Educational Department regarding all existing and proposed credential programs. B. Shall have the responsibility for implementing the general council policies that relate to credentialing. This responsibility shall include but not be limited to the review and approval of the beneficiaries (worker or students petitions), the courses (Accredited Bible school), procedures and guidelines proposed by education department. Consider the recruitment of racial and ethnic minority students into credential programs through the education department, consider the multicultural knowledge and skill and devotion of the beneficiary and the implementation of computer literacy requirements is necessary due to this state of the art technology that now exist. C. Any action or decision of the credential committee is subject to appeal when policies of the general council is not practiced or met.
