Rev. Martha Baltazar-
She restructured the Association of
Christian Evangelists while serving as
Secretary/Treasurer. She was an instrumental in merging
the Faith Restoration Center and The Association of
Christian Evangelists. She was recently installed as
Administrator of Funds and Projects Administration
during the 32nd and 35th year anniversary of FRCI and
ACE respectively. A licensed and ordained church and
Pastoral administrator with computer literacy. She
finished a graduate school with an MBA degree. Pastor
Martha Baltazar is a multilingual person with fluency in
English, Spanish Tagalog and conversant in Japanese.
